Assoc. Prof. Dr Erol ULUSOY was born in 1966 in Kırıkkale.

In 1989, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law;

In 1995, by giving difference courses, he graduated from Vienna University Faculty of Law.

In 1995, by preparing his Doctorate Thesis on the subject “Protection of minorities in the public companies” he got the title “Doctorate of Law”.

In 2005, in Turkey, by presenting his work on the subject “Transact Prohibition and Double Representation in Joint Stock Companies” and by giving “Associate Professor Colloquium” with success, he became “Associate Professor of Commerce Law”.

In 2000 in Kırıkkale he finished his law internship.

n 1996 he completed his judicial internship which lasted about one year at the various courts of Vienna State Supreme Court; he worked as a trainee solicitor in Vienna for a short period of time.

In 1997 he started to work in Marmara University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences with the title “Assistant Professor” as commerce law teaching staff.

Between 2002 and 2004, he worked in Germany Bielefeld University Faculty of Law as Turkish law teaching staff.

In 2005 he was appointed to Marmara University Banking and Insurance School of Higher Education as an associated professor and still he is giving courses of commerce law, banking law and capital market law as a teaching staff in the same school.

Since 2005 he has been giving intensively “Introduction to Turkish Law” courses in Germany Munster University Faculty of Law as periods.
